Exceptional staff and delightful breakfasts

Our stay at Sar'Otel was truly enjoyable. The moment you step in, the kind staff, especially Gary and Elsa, make you feel right at home. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a vast array of fresh options, including delicious hot dishes and a peaceful courtyard to enjoy them in. The hotel’s location is perfect. just a short walk to Skanderbeg Square and vibrant local neighborhoods. We were even warmly greeted upon our return late in our trip, reinforcing that personal touch that makes all the difference.

While our experience was great overall, the toaster at breakfast could use an upgrade—its age is a bit amusing considering the hotel's modern touches. However, this minor detail hardly impacted our wonderful stay.

The check-in process is a real drag, taking far too long, which is frustrating after a long trip!!! Further, the limited spa availability left me feeling like I missed out on promised relaxation during my stay!!!

It was just a fitting option for a holiday in Tirana with good value for cost. The staff really took their time to explain everything about the area, which made my trip even better. Consider asking for local restaurant recommendations for a great dining experience.

The hotel offers a great atmosphere with a lovely garden area where we enjoyed our morning coffee while chatting with locals. The staff, particularly the manager at the reception desk, were attentive and eager to assist.

sar'otel boutique is a gem with a fantastic location just off the main square. the staff was incredibly hospitable, especially gerando who provided great travel tips and even arranged a taxi at a reduced rate. we loved the onsite spa for massages and the variety of breakfast options. our room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony.
